I don't see a reason why this should only be enabled on a per-board
basis. The rng IP is inside the SoC and doesn't seem to rely on anything
external to it, therefore let's enable it on the SoC DTSI and remove the
now empty px30-evb-u-boot.dtsi.

The commit f087f7fd27 ("rockchip: px30/rk3326: migrate to
OF_UPSTREAM") migrated px30/rk3326 boards to use OF_UPSTREAM, however
the soc dtsi and dt-bindings files remained.
Remove the remaining px30/rk3326 soc dtsi and dt-bindings to ensure the
files from dts/upstream is used.
The gpio-ranges props is moved to u-boot.dtsi files and a ethernet0
alias is added to px30-firefly, they are missing in the dts/upstream
files. No changes are expected with this.

This adds the default pinmux for UART2 and UART5 to the TPL/SPL DTB (if
not removed through the CONFIG_OF_SPL_REMOVE_PROPS symbol) as those two
controllers are always made available to all boards.

Sync the px30 devicetree files from linux-next tree.

stack_table allocation by kvmalloc() - fixup3")
Note, this path even sync rk3326 files as it depends on px30.

dmc node is specific to U-Boot, it is always better practice
to maintain U-Boot specific nodes into -u-boot.dtsi files
in order to maintain Linux dts file sync compatibility.
Move the dmc into px30-u-boot.dtsi, also add dmc node
explicitly in rk3326-odroid-go2-u-boot.dtsi since it is
using px30.dts.
