On STM32MP reference boards, the watchdog is started by a previous
boot stage (e.g. bootrom or secure OS), so the config flag
WATCHDOG_AUTOSTART is not required.
It's preferable to rely on the DT properties "u-boot,autostart" or
"u-boot,noautostart", if needed.
For backward compatibility on defconfigs that are based on SPL,
thus cannot rely on a previous boot stage for starting the
watchdog, enable WATCHDOG_AUTOSTART in their respective defconfig.
The change in stm32mp15_dhsom.config is propagated to:
- configs/stm32mp15_dhcom_basic.config
- configs/stm32mp15_dhcor_basic.config
and then to:
- stm32mp15_dhcom_basic_defconfig
- stm32mp15_dhcom_drc02_basic_defconfig
- stm32mp15_dhcom_pdk2_basic_defconfig
- stm32mp15_dhcom_picoitx_basic_defconfig

Update defconfig to make use of U-Boot SPL to initialize DH STM32MP13xx
DHCOM DHSBC SoM and board. This is largely a move of SPL enablement from
DH STM32MP15xx DHSOM defconfigs into generic DH STM32MP1xx defconfig .
Support for SPI NOR chips which are not used on STM32MP13xx DHCOR are
moved into STM32MP15xx DHSOM defconfigs. Changes to STM32MP13xx DHCOR
defconfig then enable SPL support, CCF in SPL to configure clock, pin
configuration support in SPL, and OpTee OS start support in U-Boot.

For the STM32MP15 DHSOM, change the default environment so an AB schema
on a device can be detected.
For this the define "SCAN_DEV_FOR_BOOT_PARTS" is overwritten and
appended.
The detection works by looking for the partitions with specific lables.
The name of those partitions are in the variables and its defaults:
* dh_ab_partname_primary=rootfs-a
* dh_ab_partname_secondary=rootfs-b
To prevent being hanging at bootcmd, enable "CONFIG_BOOT_RETRY" and
"CONFIG_RESET_TO_RETRY", but the timer will only be activated, if the AB
partitions are detected.

At present there is a hex value SPL_STACK which both determines whether
SPL has its own initial stack and the hex value of that stack.
Split off the former into SPL_HAVE_INIT_STACK with SPL_STACK depending
on that and only providing the latter.

Commit 2a00d73d08 ("spl: mmc: Try to clean up raw-mode options")
broke booting from SD card on STM32MP15xx , reinstate raw mode SD
boot configuration options and select the correct raw mode partition
for STM32MP15xx to fix SD boot on STM32MP15xx DHSOM.

Add manufacturing environment into STM32MP15xx DH electronics DHSOM
configuration. This environment is part of every board build, but only
takes effect on systems booted with the dh,stm32mp15xx-dhcor-testbench
device tree, i.e. systems populated with factory build of U-Boot.

Deduplicate defconfigs for all DH STM32MP1xx DHSOM systems by factoring
out the common parts into generic stm32mp_dhsom.config and including
those using the #include <configs/...> preprocessor macro in the current
set of board specific defconfigs. The preprocessor macro is applicable
to defconfigs as well.
This introduces no functional change, the resulting .config is identical
for all DH STM32MP1xx DHSOM systems.
