The qemu* "generic" targets (i.e. not those emulating a particular
board) are typically used for testing as many features as possible,
especially in CI so it makes sense to have UNIT_TEST enabled for
all of the defconfigs for these targets.

The existing QEMU implementation mostly ignored BLOBLIST_TABLES and
allocates the bulk of the tables with malloc(). Update it to place all
tables in the bloblist. Since QEMU declares a size of 128KB regardless
of the size of its tables, this requires a larger bloblist.
Fix up the e820 table to handle this, keeping the old code as an option
for now, to assist with any future bug-fixing.

Add support for an environment stored in the first partition of the
disk, which is assumed to hold a FAT filesystem.
Support the 'cat' command as it is useful for looking at extlinux.conf
files.

The vesa display is widely used on hardware, but it is a bit of a pain
with QEMU. It requires executing option ROMs, which either doesn't work
with kvm, or is difficult to do in a kvm/QEMU-friendly way.
THe bochs display is probably better anyway, so switch to that. It works
fine with kvm as it doesn't need an option ROM.

The SPL and pre-reloc malloc()-space is not large enough to start up
with a display. Expand it.
Switch the order of SPL_SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN and SPL_TEXT_BASE since this
matches what 'savedefconfig' gives us.

QEMU can have its own internal ACPI and SMBIOS tables. At present U-Boot
copies out the SMBIOS tables but points directly to the ACPI ones.
The ACPI tables are not aligned on a 4KB boundary, which means that UPL
cannot use them directly, since it uses a reserved-memory node for the
tables and that it assumed (by EDK2) to be 4KB-aligned.
On x86, QEMU provides the tables in a mapped memory region and U-Boot
makes use of these directly, thus making it difficult to use any common
code.
Adjust the logic to fit within the existing table-generation code. Use a
bloblist always and ensure that the ACPI tables is placed in an aligned
region. Set a size of 8K for QEMU. This does not actually put all the
tables in one place, for QEMU, since it currently adds a pointer to the
tables in QFW.
On ARM, enable bloblist so that SMBIOS tables can be added to the
bloblist.

We want to encourage people to use an allocated bloblist since it is
more flexible than a fixed one. Make this the default, being sure not to
change existing users.
The unit tests require BLOBLIST_FIXED so add a dependency in the
Makefile to avoid build errors.
All sandbox builds require BLOBLIST_FIXED so make that the default for
sandbox.

This little series reprises the EFI-video fix, fixes a USB problem and
enables a boot script for coreboot.
It also moves to truetype fonts for coreboot and qemu-x86, since the
menus look much better and there are no strong size constraints.
With these changes it is possible to boot a Linux distro automatically
with U-Boot on x86, including when U-Boot is the second-stage
bootloader.
Enable this feature to provide a larger font choice and more attractive
menus. Expand the ROM for x86_64 to 2MB to make space for the font.

QEMU print and console buffer sizes have been restricted on QEMU below
their default values.
One of the side effects of the print buffer size restriction is output
truncation of the 'efidebug dh' command.
As QEMU does not have special memory size restrictions remove the settings
from the defconfig files and go with the generic defaults.

Add a new event which handles this function. Convert existing use of
the function to use the new event instead.
Make sure that EVENT is enabled by affected boards, by selecting it from
the LAST_STAGE_INIT option. For x86, enable it by default since all boards
need it.
For controlcenterdc, inline the get_tpm() function and make sure the event
is not built in SPL.

Unfortunately the bochs driver does not currently work with distros.
It causes a hang between grub menu selection and the OS displaying
something.
Preliminary investigation shows that GRUB does not jump to the kernel
at all.
This reproduces reliably.

This build can be used to boot standard distro builds, since these are
mostly 64-bit these days. Enable some more options, so that all possible
EFI UUIDs are decoded, we get a proper printf() in SPL, can search
memory for tables, support the full set of standard-boot features, have
full logging and can boot from CDROM media.

Enable the various options needed for display to work on the qemu-x86_64
board. This includes expanding the available malloc() memory in SPL,
since the PCI bus must be enumerated in order to find the video device.
It also includes enabling a bloblist, so that the video parameters can be
passed. This is placed at address 10000 but is not needed after U-Boot
proper reads the information there.

While NFS is widely used in data centres, and private
networks it's quite a nuanced usecase for device firmware.
A lot of devices already disable it.
Various network protocols should really be opt in, not opt
out, because they add extra size and are potential attack
vectors from a security PoV. In the NFS case it doesn't
really make sense for a lot of devices like tables, SBCs etc.
It's also something we don't really want for SystemReady-IR
due to security concerns.

Apple SoCs have an integrated NVMe controller that isn't connected
over a PCIe bus. In preparation for adding support for this NVMe
controller, split out the PCI support into its own file. This file
is selected through a new CONFIG_NVME_PCI Kconfig option, so do
a wholesale replacement of CONFIG_NVME with CONFIG_NVME_PCI.

TFTP transfer size can be used to re-size the TFTP progress bar on
single line based on the server reported file size. The support for
this has been around from 2019, but it was never converted to proper
Kconfig.
While adding this new Kconfig, enable it by default for OMAP2+ and K3
devices also.
