Rename the variable and add ENV_ prefix, so that all configuration
options which are related to environment would have an CONFIG_ENV_
prefix. No functional change.

Support FRIDA FRD400B25025-A-CTK display on stm32f769-disco board.
As reported in the section 8.3 (i. e. Board revision history) of document
UM2033 (i. e. Discovery kit with STM32F769NI MCU) these are the changes
related to the board revision addressed by the patch:
- Board MB1166 revision A-09:
- LCD FRIDA FRD397B25009-D-CTK replaced by FRIDA FRD400B25025-A-CTK
This means that the MB1166-A09 is using an NT35510 panel controller,
unlike the previous versions which use an OTM8009A controller.
Therefore, let's add support for NT35510 panel handling to the
stm32f769-disco board configurations.

Enable OF_UPSTREAM flag for STM32F7 platforms.
Use upstream device tree for DSI and LTDC nodes,
As now in upstream DT, in panel@0 node, power-supply property is
present, which is a fixed-regulator, add DM_REGULATOR_FIXED flag
for stm32f769-disco boards.
Set also DEFAULT_FDT_FILE in defconfigs and use it in stm32f746-disco.h
to indicate which FDT file to load (All STM32F7 boards are using this
file).
If something is missing, it must be added in upstream device tree
in linux kernel ("px_clk" for DSI by example).

Updating the framebuffer takes quite a long time on this slow patform,
set CYCLIC_MAX_CPU_TIME_US to 8000 for stm32f769-disco to avoid
following cyclic warning:
"cyclic function video_init took too long: 7280us vs 5000us max"

Rename this so that SPL is first, as per U-Boot convention. Also add
PAYLOAD_ since this is where in memory the parameters for the payload

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN
To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().
Rename it to resolve this problem.

Some STM32 MCU's board need their SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN value enlarged
to avoid the "alloc space exhausted" error message during their boot
process.
Use the default SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN value which is set to 0x2000 in
Kconfig.

Commit 'b4b9a00ed593 ("Convert CONFIG_SYS_SPL_ARGS_ADDR to Kconfig")'
replaces CONFIG_SYS_FDT_BASE by CONFIG_SYS_SPL_ARGS_ADDR.
As CONFIG_SYS_SPL_ARGS_ADDR enables additional code when enable, it
increases SPL size over the initial 0x8000 limit.
Increase the SPL size to 0x9000 to fix SPL boot.
Set SPL_SIZE_LIMIT to 0x9000 to avoid similar issue in the future.

backlight was broken with the following message at boot:

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.
